Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Salesforce BA/Data Analyst to join our team at our client’s site in Tampa, FL.


Salesforce BA/Data Analyst with a strong background in working with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leaders to implement “best practices” in Salesforce design, system configuration and development of reports/dashboards to support business requirements. The role demands ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, effectively communicate solutions, risks, and technical requirements with business and technical staff related to Salesforce configuration and deployments.


-Design, build, and support Salesforce system configurations, workflows and reporting to support business requirements.

-Ensure data integrity and accuracy of underlying CRM data sets.

-Manage expectations and recommend Salesforce best practice solutions to complex business problems.

-Work with Product owners, Salesforce business team, and technology partners in an agile product development environment to develop CRM business solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

-Business analysis skill with ability to work with product owners and leadership to collect, analyze and deliver on the requirements.

-Experience in working with Salesforce, and Salesforce reporting solutions, custom objects, etc.

-Experience as a member of Agile Team.

-Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to ensure system configuration and released Salesforce applications meets agreed-upon client requirements and standards.

-Support resolution of defects.

-Support all BA activities related to the Salesforce system implementation projects.

-Work on concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints.

Required Skills/experience:

-5+ years Business Analyst experience.

-3+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations.

-Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud processes, practices and supporting objects.

-Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.

-Experience configurating complex business rules, logic, and workflows on Salesforce to support business requirements.

-Experience with Agile/Scrum.

-Experience in defect life cycle management using software-based issue/bug tracking tools.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

-Experience with Azure DevOps to manage Epics, User Stories, and defect management

-Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

-Ability to manage and prioritize own workload effectively.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new information quickly.

-Strong communication skills.

-Self-motivated and enjoys working in a team.

-Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
