Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a RPA Tech Lead to join our team at our client s site in Alexandria, VA.

The candidate should have experience working with Windows 10 and Windows 16 Servers, Active Directory and Group Policies, and should have some exposure to scripting languages such as Powershell or Macros. This person should have experience planning, coordinating and sequencing IT delivery tasks, as well as managing a number of complex IT work streams. The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding the installation, configuration and network setup, version management, upgrades and control for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environments and software. Also, the Tech Lead will be actively involved in day-to-day system development and maintenance activities for RPA deployment. This person will be required to aggressively manage risk and issues; and mitigation efforts as appropriate.

Required Skills:

Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience and a Bachelor s Degree (12+ years of relevant IT experience required without a Bachelor s Degree)

Minimum 2 Years IT Leadership Experience leading and managing junior engineers

3-5 years knowledge/experience of hardware, software, virtualization and networking, Active Directory & related technologies (DNS, Group Policies, etc.).

3-5 years Knowledge/experience with Windows Servers (WS2016) and Windows 10 in an enterprise environment.

Strong experience implementing COTS solutions in an organization including developing architecture, communicating with vendors, and engaging with new releases and features

Strong Experience making strategic decisions for scalable solutions building enterprise architecture and evaluating third party COTS tools

Strong experience collaborating across IT workstreams with teams such as Infrastructure and DevOps

Experience with developing automated services using Scripting Language, and API level programming languages (example: macros)

Provide excellent communication and escalation capabilities for DIS and its customers

Show proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders with potentially competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS)

Agile Project mgmt. or Highly Iterative Project Methodology experience

Experience with support tools including, VMware, experience with DevOps tools, Atlassian (JIRA), ELK, CyberArk, Source Control (SVN) and in-depth system troubleshooting analysis.

Experience with SQL, SharePoint, mail systems such as Microsoft Exchange

Development or Infrastructure experience with RPA tools, ideally UiPath
