Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Certification as a Professional Project Manager preferred. Five or more years experience as a Project Manager and or Sr. Business Analyst. Previous utility experience. Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management.
