Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Program Manager - Systemwide Accessibility to join our Client's team.
Position Overview
The Program Manager will lead a systemwide pilot of a PDF remediation tool to help build scalable processes to improve digital accessibility systemwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow our systemwide accessibility program to:
- Implement and support the PDF accessibility remediation tool pilot and track progress systemwide.
- Develop playbooks and job aids for scalable, consistent remediation of identified accessibility risks.
- Evaluate and develop an intake and prioritization framework for new accessibility risks.
- Create and deliver a systemwide communication program on the importance of accessibility.
- These initiatives will require the candidate:
- Lead planning and execution of accessibility initiatives.
- Develop SOPs, guidelines, reports, and governance materials.
- Evaluate accessibility testing tools and coordinate pilots.
- Facilitate working groups and training sessions.
- Document current practices and improvement opportunities.
- Create change-management and communication plans.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508, ADA).
- Experience leading digital accessibility or compliance-driven programs.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent facilitation abilities.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
