Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Compensation Specialist 3 to join our team at our client’s site in Mesa, AZ.


OB DESCRIPTION

Boeing’s Total Rewards Financial Benefits and Wellness team is currently seeking a Stock/Equity Programs Administrator to join their Compensation Operations and Incentives team. This role can be based in either Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; St. Louis, MO; Seal Beach, CA or Washington (Seattle, Renton Everett). A strong candidate will be a committed team player who demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to innovate, attention to detail and first time quality, as well exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, ability to embrace change, ability to multi-task and strong work ethic.


Position Responsibilities:

•Support the day-to-day Administration of the company’s equity plans which includes stock options, restricted stock units and performance based restricted stock units

•Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Compensation, Payroll, Legal, Finance and Tax to develop processes which ensure the accuracy of all equity data including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation and auditing

•Reconcile and support grant, exercise and releases, termination and cancellation activity to ensure plan compliance and accurate financial reporting related to equity compensation matters

•Communicate with equity plan participants regarding the equity programs, resolving questions, issues and concerns related to vesting, transactions, enrollment, and other general inquiries

•Prepare monthly share reconciliation

•Partner with payroll and accounts payable to support accurate tax administration including quarterly/year end processes and audits

•Assist with other compensation related projects, special incentive plans and other special projects as needed

- Position is hybrid - onsite and remote


Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
