Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect - AER00033W to join our team at our client s site in Colorado Springs, Colorado.


We are looking for a Cyber Security Architect to support the MDA


Description of Duties:

Develop and document security architectures and solutions for systems, applications, and networks

Support the architecture and design of ACAS, ArcSight, and HBSS. Familiar with architecture and design of enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Identity and Access Management solutions

Perform research and development including requirements analysis, technology maturity assessment, alignment and traceability, and recommended technological improvements (e.g., innovation) to the MDA enterprise

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the MDA Solutions Architecture and Engineering Teams as well as expert insight to the Information Enterprise Architecture Team and O&M crews regarding MDA IT System Architecture

Develop and document network enterprise systems solutions in accordance with approved engineering lifecycle products and review project designs delivered to the Engineering and Architecture Board and Engineering Review Board

Support development and documentation of MDA Client Systems IT standards and architecture recommendations in collaboration with the solutions engineers and Information Enterprise Architecture Branch


Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate s degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor s degree and 12 years of general experience; or a Master s degree and 10 years of general experience

Must have 8 years of directly related experience

Must possess a DoD 8570.01-M IASAE Level II approved cert (i.e. CISSP)

Must have an active DoD Secret clearance


Desired Requirements:

Hands on experience with standard DOD vulnerability assessment tool sets

Experience with systems security engineering, including requirements analysis and system architecture design

DoD 8570.01-M IASAE Level III approved certification (e.g. CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP)

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of architecture frameworks (i.e, DoDAF, TOGAF, etc.)

Degree in Computer Science or other IT related discipline.

Demonstrated team building, leadership, & mentoring / instructing skills

Ability to perform technical validation of systems designs in accordance with industry best practices and DoD policies and guidelines
