Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team at our client’s site


Coordinates invoice processing with actual work performed. Manages contractor relationships. Inputs invoices in database for review and approval. Supplies safety and compliance information for contract and project oversight. Oversees record management and contract tracking systems. Supports accrual efforts companywide. Recommends methods, approaches and tactics to resolve problems and obtain solutions. Works as a team to build functional expertise.


Heavy data input


Transmit and track contract documents to suppliers and client management


Verify insurance; receive and review contract invoices and coordinate authorization for payment; and maintain project and vendor files


Assist in the efforts to ensure the attainment of the company's supplier diversity goals


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications


2+ years of construction contract negotiations or administration experience


Understanding of construction and contract terminology


Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills



Desired Qualifications


Demonstrated experience using databases


Basic office management skills


Strong time management skills


Strong oral communication skills


Accrual, SOX or accounting knowledge
